Downtown Yakima Farmers’ Market @ Downtown Yakima Farmers Market
Oct 20 @ 9:00 am – 1:00 pm

The Market is intended to provide an outlet for Washington State’s farmers, specialty food producers, artisan & craft makers, food preparers, and entertainers (buskers) to directly sell their foods and handcrafted products and to provide consumers an opportunity to buy such products directly from producers. The Market should also encourage pedestrian activity in the city’s urban core, provide improved access to agricultural education, and give the community a festive weekly gathering place during the agriculture growing season.

Located in the heart of Jefferson County’s farm country, The Chimacum Farmers Market is set up every Sunday from 10 am to 2 pm, June-October. More rustic than its sister markets in Port Townsend, this jewel of a market offers a remarkable variety of seasonal produce from neighboring farms as well as artisan food, crafts, and local music.

Olympia Farmers Market @ Olympia Farmers Market
Oct 20 @ 10:00 am – 3:00 pm

The Olympia Farmers Market promotes several food access programs such as WIC and Senior FMNP, Small Steps, EBT and Fresh Bucks. Access to healthy and nutritious food is a fundamental value that brings our customers and our vendors together to exchange goods and ideas. We feel that it is critical to provide education and access to all members of our community and we are proud to continue to grow in these efforts.

The Wednesday market is a farm and food only market, no crafts. It is generally a more relaxed slower paced market than Saturday’s festival like atmosphere. Many of the same growers from the Saturday Market sell at Wednesday as well: Midori, Finnriver, SpringRain and more. You will also find some other great local food from Pane D’Amore Artisan Bakery.

Ballard Farmers Market @ Ballard Farmers Market
Oct 20 @ 11:00 am – 3:00 pm
The nature of a farmers market lends itself to the old fashioned tradition of “going to market” and it provides a “town square” for local small farmers to sell their products, bringing rural and urban entrepreneurs together to round out the weekly experience of “market day.” Our vendors and staff work collaboratively to bring a consistently high-quality event week after week —  an exciting meeting place for neighbors to meet, commune and enjoy the great bounty of our state.
